WEYLAN'S POTA-TWO SOUP Serves 4 - 5 3 tablespoons butter 2 tablespoons olive oil 1/2 cup half & half creamer 1/2 cup water 1/4 cup all-purpose flour 1/2 cup onion, chopped small 1 cup green/red peppers, chopped small 1 cup corn 2 cups each of two different kinds of potatoes, cubed small (4 c. total) Seasonings to taste It's a cold and wet almost-Spring day, perfect for a hearty bowl of soup and your favorite sweater.
