His acting stable formerly resided in what is now Rick Rubin's recording studio. GRAB YOUR FLOATIE, YOUR COLD SIPPITY-SIP, YOUR SUNSCREEN.... THE SUMMER ISSUE OF THE PICKETWIRE IS READY FOR PERUSING. And it's even fairly water-resistant. We don't recommend reading it underwater, but if you did, the silky, sturdy pages of The Picketwire aren't your typical high-volume lightweight magazine sheets and would hold up to a cover-to-cover investigation at standard reading speed. These twenty-four pages of handsome print are filled with the following imagination-fodder...
We're smack in the midst of summer, and that means Issue #6 of The Picketwire is almost here! Learning is a lifelong achievement that continues on a daily basis. We can learn something new every day. It doesn't have to be complex. It can be as simple as, How long does a gorilla live? or Why are there holes in Swiss cheese? Not sure where to start? Read more for some fabulous ideas and starter content, as well as some things we've already learned only two weeks into 2023. "Great things happen to good people." Those were the parting words I received from the CEO of a company I left over ten years ago.
Sometimes great things happen when you least expect it. This was the case for a group of friends on Christmas Eve last year, 2021. Issue #4 (Winter 2022) of The Picketwire holds a special Possum Nook story told by Everest Bear, and this is the true story behind it, as told by myself. |
